Waking up early is such an important step to being blessed and feeling good throughout your day. Try to wake up for Tahajjud, and then work during the hours before Fajr Salah. You should try Qaylulah. Having a nap for 20-30 mins before noon is a Sunnah and happens to be very beneficial when you have to wake up for Fajr or even before to pray Tahajjud. In my experience I find it very difficult to wake up if I have less than 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I really appreciate the suggestion.
